Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer (standard type) is composed of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer mother liquor and slump retaining component, air entraining component and other functional components. It has the function of efficient water reducing, slump retaining, enhancing and improving the workability and pumping performance of concrete mix. It is an ideal admixture for preparing various grades of concrete in industrial and civil construction. The performance indicators of the product are better than the value specified by the relevant indicators of the national standard.
This product has high water reduction rate and small slump loss, which can meet the long-distance transportation and pumping construction of commercial concrete.
The addition of concrete can obviously improve the workability, no segregation and no bleeding of concrete mix, and the fluidity and slump retention of concrete are good.
The compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength, impermeability and durability of concrete are obviously improved.
This product is low alkali, no chlorine, no corrosion of steel bars. It can be used in special projects that require high durability of concrete.
This product has good adaptability to all kinds of cement and has a wide range of applications.

This product is a composite product, used alone, solid content according to the concrete raw materials and construction technical requirements, according to the relevant standards of construction.
The recommended dosage of this product is 1.0%-2.5%, and the actual dosage needs to be determined by test.
Due to the differences in adaptability between different types of cement and admixtures, the adaptability test of cement and admixtures should be done before application or after changing cement varieties, models and cement batches.
When used, it can be added to the mixing water, or added to the concrete mixer at the same time with the mixing water. In order to achieve good water reduction effect, it is recommended that the mixing time is at least 120s, and the concrete mixing test should be carried out before use to ensure the quality of concrete.
This product is packed in 200kg round drum or 1000kg square drum, and the packaging specifications can also be determined according to user requirements.
After dilution, the product will affect the effective content of the product, and it is easy to become mildew and odor after high temperature or exposure to the sun. Therefore, during storage and transportation, attention should be paid to preventing rain, moisture, avoiding direct sunlight, and sealing at room temperature.
In the case of good storage conditions, the shelf life of 6 months; When it has been used for more than 6 months or has become moldy and smelly, relevant tests should be carried out to determine whether it can continue to be used; Please use it within one week after opening.
This product is not flammable, but the storage and transportation should be away from the open flame, strictly prohibited storage in iron drums.
This product may have a small amount of crystallization when the ambient temperature is low due to different concentrations, and may freeze when it is below 0℃, so it is suitable for indoor storage, and can continue to use after crystallization or freezing melting.
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, avoid ingestion and contact with eyes when using. In case of contact with eyes or inlet, rinse immediately with water. Compatibility test should be carried out when mixing with other admixtures.
