CANWIN subnanometer superfine grouting material

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

CANWIN superfine grouting material is a new type of grouting material, which is used for grouting reinforcement of rock and soil.

The particle size of CANWIN superfine grouting material is very small, and the fineness can reach 1000㎡/kg. Therefore, the product can well penetrate into various types of dense cracks, cracks and fine holes, so that the rock layer or soil layer after grouting becomes a dense waterproof wall.

The initial and final setting time of CANWIN superfine grouting material is faster than that of ordinary cement and superfine cement. This characteristic greatly improves the efficiency of tunnel grouting. The flow time of the product is very short, for 1 to 1 and a half hours, and the solidification time is also very short, for two and a half hours (at about 20 ° C), so that the waiting time between the construction steps is reduced to the shortest.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Underground rock pre-grouting: suitable for tunnels, caves, mines, etc., used for grouting before and after excavation of roadway to block groundwater and stabilize the formation.

Soil grouting: used to stabilize the formation and block water.

METHOD OF USE

Construction procedure

CANWIN superfine grouting material should be used in combination with HPC high performance water reducing agent (the amount of use is 2.0-4.0% of the weight of cement). The water-cement weight ratio should usually be kept between 0.4-0.6.

Mixed

Add water to the mixer, add cement, stir for two minutes, then add HPC high performance water reducer, stir for another minute, pour the mixture into the mixer. It is extremely important to use an efficient mixer. Turbulent mixers are preferred, and if turbulent mixers are not available, high-speed vane mixers can also be used. If the turbulent mixer is used, the minimum speed is 1500rpm. If the blade mixer is used, the minimum speed is 400rpm. Caution: Do not stir too much, stirring beyond the recommended mixing time may cause the temperature of the cement slurry to be too high, which will cause the mixture to set prematurely in the machine and pipe.

Use time, before grouting, the mixture should be kept continuously agitated. The cement slurry should not be in the mixer for more than 30-40 minutes.

Slip casting

A high pressure piston pump is usually used to inject the slurry into the rock. Grouting should be carried out within 30-40 minutes after mixing to ensure that the material can penetrate into the cracks. To extend the flow time, it can be achieved by using a stabilizer.

Indurate

The CANWIN superfine grouting material is fully cured after two or two and a half hours and can be used for drilling or blasting.

PACKAGING、TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

The shelf life of Colver superfine grouting materials is 6 months, when the original packaging bag is sealed and stored in a dry environment.
