The superfine silicate grouting cement produced by our company is a superfine material made by adding our high-tech products micro-nano admixture and flocculation on the basis of ordinary Portland cement, and then by superfine grinding and grading. According to different particle size, it is divided into type I and type II.
Because of the ultra-fine, it is easier to enter the finer strata and rock crevices during the grouting process.
Due to the addition of expansion agent, the stone rate of the slurry is high, the water extraction is small, and the filling of the hardened slurry to the formation and rock crevices is more dense due to the micro-expansion.
Due to the action of flocculant, the slurry has good integrity, is not easy to segregate, and has good injection ability, and the water plugging rate is greatly improved.
Due to the early strength and strengthening action of the expansion agent and the ultrafine effect of the material, the stone strength of the material is higher under the large water to material ratio.
