HPC-M401 (standard mother liquor) is a new generation of environmentally friendly water reducing agent developed by our company. The main component is methacrylate copolymer of methacrylate and methoxy-polyethylene glycol methacrylate. The product is a liquid, with a wide range of adaptability, extremely high water reduction rate, good slump retention and low alkali content, can significantly improve the strength of hardened concrete. Especially suitable for precast concrete components, it is an ideal admixture for preparation of high strength and high performance concrete.
High water reduction rate (up to more than 27%) provides a guarantee for improving concrete strength and saving cement.
The good slump retention performance ensures the pumpable construction performance of concrete during long distance transportation and long time retention at the site.
The addition of concrete can obviously improve the workability of concrete mix, good cohesion, easy to cast and dense, reduce the viscosity of concrete, good construction performance, not easy to separate and bleed water, easy to pump.
This product can improve the early and late strength of hardened concrete, improve the impermeability and frost resistance, improve the shrinkage and creep performance, reduce the carbonization rate of concrete, resist the alkali-aggregate reaction, and improve the durability.
Low content of alkali and chloride ions can improve the durability of concrete.
It has good adaptability to all kinds of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement and various admixtures.

It is suitable for concrete of different strength grades, especially for key projects of various high performance concrete.
Especially recommended for high-strength and high-durability concrete, superfluid self-compacting concrete, pumped concrete, various precast components and steel fiber and other special concrete.
The recommended dosage of this product is 0.25%-0.85% of the total weight of the cementing material, and the actual dosage needs to be determined by test.
Due to the differences in adaptability between different types of cement and admixtures, the adaptability test of cement and admixtures should be done before application or after changing cement varieties, models and cement batches.
When used, it can be added to the mixing water, or added to the concrete mixer at the same time with the mixing water. In order to achieve good water reduction effect, it is recommended that the mixing time is at least 120s, and the concrete mixing test should be carried out before use to ensure the quality of concrete.
This product is sold as raw materials, and has good compatibility with a variety of retarding agents, defoaming agents, air entraining agents. It is not recommended to be used directly in concrete and other materials without processing and compounding. It is recommended that users determine the use method and conditions of the product by testing and compounding technology before use. This product can be used as a masterbatch and other functional admixtures to prepare a series of admixtures with retarding, early strength, anti-freezing, pumping and other properties, fully meeting the requirements of different engineering categories, construction technology, construction technology and temperature conditions.
This product is packed in 1000kg square drum or bulk. Packaging specifications can also be determined according to user requirements.
In the case of good storage conditions, the shelf life of 6 months; When it has been used for more than 6 months or has become moldy and smelly, relevant tests should be carried out to determine whether it can continue to be used; Please use it within one week after opening.
This product is not flammable, but should be stored and transported away from open flames.
This product should be stored indoors, avoid long-term exposure, do not store in iron drums storage.
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, avoid ingestion and contact with eyes when using. In case of contact with eyes or inlet, rinse immediately with water. Compatibility test should be carried out when mixing with other admixtures.
