Anti-crack agent for temperature rise inhibition

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

HPC-MEA.CTRI temperature rise inhibition anti-crack agent is a new high-efficiency anti-crack and anti-seepage product developed and produced by our company with both concrete temperature rise inhibition and shrinkage compensation. It can effectively reduce the hydration heat release rate during the acceleration period of cement hydration process, extend the hydration heat release time of cement, and make full use of the heat dissipation conditions of the structure. Weaken the temperature peak and prolong the temperature drop process to reduce the risk of temperature cracking; At the same time, the expansion rate of expansion components is regulated to gain time for effective expansion generation and storage of expansion compressive stress, so that the compensation shrinkage performance of expansion materials can be optimized and improved in high performance concrete structures. It is especially suitable for concrete structures with temperature control requirements, underground or underwater concrete structures.

MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

This product is incorporated into concrete at the recommended dosage, and has no obvious effect on the performance of fresh concrete.

Mixed with 12% HPC-MEA, the 7d limited expansion rate in water reaches 0.050%, and the indicators meet the requirements of "Concrete expansion agent GB/T23439-2017" and JC/T2608-2021 "Concrete hydration temperature Rise Inhibitor".

HPC-MEA replaces the cementing material in concrete with an equal amount of 8-10%, which can establish micro-expansion in concrete and reduce the shrinkage of concrete. When the reinforcement rate is 0.2-1.0%, the limited expansion rate of concrete is 0.020-0.040%, and 0.2-0.7Mpa self-stress is established in concrete. Thus, the temperature shrinkage and drying shrinkage caused by early hydration heat of concrete are compensated, and the anti-seepage and anti-crack properties of concrete are improved.

HPC-MEA expansion agent has no adverse effect on the strength of concrete, but can make the microstructure of concrete more dense, which is beneficial to the improvement of the strength of concrete in the later stage.

HPC-MEA expansion agent can increase the bond of concrete by 20-30%.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

All concrete projects and components requiring crack and seepage resistance can be prepared with this product to compensate for shrinkage concrete, such as: Undersea tunnels, building basements, underground structures, pools, swimming pools, sewage treatment ponds, water towers and storage tanks, subway, tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, Marine engineering and other waterproof structures, rigid waterproof roofing, super long floor slabs, stadium stands, radiation resistant concrete structures.

This product can also be used to prepare swelling concrete and swelling mortar for filling, such as: beam and column joints, filling concrete for post pouring joints, mechanical equipment and secondary filling of reinforcement, etc.

This product can be used to produce self-stressing concrete pressure pipe used at normal temperature.

METHOD OF USE

When this product is used, the total amount of cementing material is replaced by the same amount of concrete, the recommended dosage is 10-12%, and the dosage should be appropriately increased when preparing post-pouring joints and post-pouring reinforced concrete.

The concrete prepared with this product can adopt ultra-long reinforced concrete seamless design and construction technology, reducing the construction process, making the construction simpler and greatly shortening the construction period. Do not leave after pouring joint, large area continuous pouring concrete. It can also be used for the treatment of ordinary concrete post pouring joints.

PACKAGING、TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Using inner plastic film woven bag packaging, 50kg/ bag, bulk, can also be packaged according to user needs.

During transportation, it is necessary to prevent sharp objects from scratching, avoid broken bags from getting damp. If the damp products will be ineffective, they can not be used again.

If this product exceeds the validity period, it can be used only after passing the inspection.

This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, valid for six months, after opening the bag once used.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, avoid ingestion and contact with eyes when using. In case of contact with eyes or inlet, rinse immediately with water. Compatibility test should be carried out when mixing with other admixtures.
