RMA concrete anti-corrosion preservative is a new product carefully improved according to the industry standard JC/T1011-2021 "Concrete Anti-corrosion preservative" prepared by our company. The technical route breaks through the traditional idea of concrete sulfate corrosion resistance, and solves the sulfate corrosion resistance under the condition of ordinary Portland cement by improving the performance of concrete itself. This product is a series of corrosion and water resistant agents for Marine concrete in our institute. It is also a high-performance preservative composed of surfactants, active inorganic salts, organic additives and carriers. It has various functions such as rust resistance, waterproof, water reduction and impermeability, etc. It can improve the internal structure of concrete body and change the hydration products of ordinary concrete under the design conditions of concrete. At the same time, it can guarantee the development of concrete strength. Since most concrete is reinforced concrete, it is necessary to solve the problem of steel corrosion while solving sulfate corrosion. At this time, the organic active components in the product play their magic effect, which can migrate around the most dense concrete matrix and find the steel bar inside, and form a dense anti-corrosion and anti-rust film on its surface, so as to achieve incredible anti-corrosion and anti-rust effect. 1. The product is mainly used in the following environment: a certain concentration of SO24-, CI-, HCO3-, CO2, NH4-, Mg2+ and other salts, pantothenic acid groundwater, surface water, seawater, sewage and saline soil, soluble rock salt and other corrosive substances to the erosion of mortar or concrete.
2. Used for sulfate erosion or (and) steel bar corrosion requirements of ordinary Portland cement concrete, can be used for environmental erosion of seaports, water conservancy, sewage, underground, tunnels, water diversion, roads, Bridges, industrial and civil building foundation and other projects.
The dosage is 6~8% of the weight of the cement material (the weight of the cement material), and the specific dosage should be determined according to the different requirements of the concrete performance and the application environment.
