RMA concrete corrosion inhibitor is a concrete corrosion inhibitor additive composed of a variety of organic and inorganic components. It is composed of preservative, rust inhibitor, compacting agent, activator and other components, and has the effect of anti-corrosion, rust inhibitor, compaction enhancement and so on.
The anti-corrosion components make the aluminate minerals in concrete fully consumed in the early stage of hydration (harmless stage), and improve the resistance of concrete to sulfate attack.
The inorganic components in the rust blocking components have strong chloride ion curing ability, which can effectively prevent the diffusion and migration of chloride ions in the concrete, and some of them are divided into mobile organic substances containing various amines and alcoholamine functional groups, which have the characteristics of diffusing into the surface of the steel bar through the gas phase and liquid phase in the concrete pores to form an adsorption film to produce corrosion and rust resistance. The combined action of organic and inorganic components can effectively protect the reinforcement of concrete from erosion.
Inorganic excitation components can promote the concrete admixture and calcium hydroxide to react to produce stable hydration products, and fill the void where C-S-H gel forms the skeleton, thinning the transition layer of concrete, reducing the possibility of cracks caused by the weakness of the transition layer structure, and significantly reducing the calcium hydroxide concentration necessary for the occurrence of sulfate erosion. So as to achieve a good rust, waterproof, anti-corrosion effect.
It has good permeability and migration performance, and can significantly improve the damage ability of concrete body to resist sulfate, magnesium salt, chlorine salt and other invading media; It can significantly increase the compactness of concrete, improve the impermeability and freeze-thaw resistance of concrete, and improve the long-term service life of concrete.

It can also be used to prepare plastic, flow, pumped concrete and commercial concrete with anti-corrosion, waterproof and impermeable requirements.
When mixing concrete or mortar, add it directly according to the effective content, stir evenly, and recommend the content of 3~6% (plastic weight).
